Qualification
• Diploma or Degree in Photography / Visual Communication Design from reputable university.
• Age max 28 yrs, and proven experience as creative/multimedia team at least 2 years
• Experienced handling photo / video editing for social media and digital marketing activation
• Good eye for texture, space, design, and color balance with a great sense of design.
• Good skill in digital imaging, Illustration design skills is plus advantage preferred.
• Able to Operate various photographic / video shooting equipment, as well as editing software including InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator, creative suite, etc.
• Good communication in English (verbal & Written), people relations skill, resourceful to be continuously updating design trends, and self-driven initiative to work in a dynamic team.
• Has a good sense of commercially awareness and good at marketing themselves.

Bina Bangsa School PIK currently looking for a talented Creative / Multimedia Designer to collaborate closely with graphic design, social media and marketing team to produce creative, smart, and artistic best images/video for any visual content needed by the school. Creative/Multimedia Designer will be responsible to seek out appropriate locations and preparations for photoshoots/video recording, preparing the studio, purchasing necessary props, and keeping abreast of the latest video/photo editing software.
Responsibilities
• Actively engaged in concept and ideas brainstorming with the marketing team to produce creative visual ideas based on the School needs.
• Creative design in charge of all form of images, animated gif, or motion graphics from the planned editorial plan.
• Enhance, retouch, and editing video / photographs / other images form using latest techniques and most updated editing applications/software.
• Review sets of photographs / videos / any form of images for selected post in Social Media or any events / live reports, photo session, or any video shooting needed by Bina Bangsa School.
• Responsible for inventory and maintain all video/photographic equipment kept in the proper conditions.
• Recommend creative and artistic ideas to meet all forms of visual presentation of the School in various media.
Qualification

- Maximum age is 27 years old
- 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or other related fields.
- Previous digital agency or startup experience preferred
- Strong in writing, editing, and proofreading in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical competencies in SEO and web data analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console) and related tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML and website structure as it relates to SEO optimization.

This position will be a part of our dynamic marketing team to brainstorm ideas/concepts and collaborate with the school team to support the admission promotion program, improve digital brand awareness, enhance the online presence of the school, and other school-related marketing needs. The position will support the Bina Bangsa School admission & marketing team as well as communicate our "why" to build meaningful relationships with our audience through the use of digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team to create & deliver exceptional digital media components and top-line communications strategies with guidance from the Brand Creative Director.
- Provide oversight on website management and optimization including web analytics, lead flow & optimization.
- Involved in the content planning/brainstorming, observing trends, and monitoring to execution.
- Gather insight and analysis on what content works well on our platforms.
- Schedule all posts to the various networks (Meta, YouTube, and LindkedIn).
- Monitor and manage the technical and content-related elements for SEO by performing regular audits, recommendations, and execution.
- Manage reporting of digital results (KPIs) for email, social media, and digital advertising activities.
- Give insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of social media workflow & working tools.
- Provide operational support to other teams as required.
